Question:
Travel & Adventure channel this morning did a Lonely Planet guide toAmsterdam.Did anyone else think the so-called 'guide' was just another typicallyinsensitive idiot with no interest in the real Amsterdam orAmsterdammers.The scene where he was trying to row his boat on one of the canals andcrashing into everything really showed what a complete and utterplonker he was!

(Sorry for the rant but I lived there for a few years and had to putup with clueless tourists like that everyday. They really have noidea.)

Answer: Only four months myself (*sniff*), can't remember the point when Ichanged to complaining about clueless tourists rather than actuallybeing one.--
