When is it usually the cheapest time of the year to travel to Europe. Airlines, etc?

Answer: November, early December, late January, February. Just the times you don'twant to go.

But there are sales all the time. I just bought a ticket from Washington DCto Amsterdam for late April for around $300. I paid the same at Christmas,and I've had similar deals as late as June.
